The staff were quite accommodating and helpful. I had a nice chat with the reception about late check-out options, you know, the little things that just.

It's not the cheapest place to stay, but the experience was still acceptable.

Nice building and good sized and well-appointed rooms with extra bed. A lot of outstanding food for meals. Comfortable and excellent location for our visit to Regal Cinemas at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Very good service, although a few employees were kind of rude. The location was excellent, at a medium distance from Cutler Botanical Gardens...

Comfortable Overnight Stay

Enjoyed my stay with comfortable beds, efficient WiFi, and a clean room. The complimentary snacks and water upon arrival were a welcome touch. Breakfast provided a good variety, including fresh fruit and strong coffee. I'd recommend arriving early to secure a seat in the busy dining area.

The hotel was relaxing and modern, I loved its accommodating staff. Booked a room with extra bed. The location of the property was magnificent, walk to restaurant.

I travel almost weekly for business, and often find myself in those tired old side-of-the-freeway hotels; what a pleasant surprise this was! Excellent design, comfort and amenities, pleasant staff, super-comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here again.

The pool area offered a nice escape after busy days. The bathroom was small with poor toilet placement, making it awkward to use.

The service at the front desk was rude. I encountered a staff member who raised her voice at me during check-in. My overall experience was marred by staff behavior and lack of basic service etiquette.

Great place with great amenities like free internet access, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with a late departure on my first stay. I recommend it for a comfortable stay.
